• You must create an account to access certain features of YooHoo Social
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account and registering for gatherings
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• YooHoo Social is not intended for users under 16. If we discover that a user is under 16, we will delete their account and data.

• Registration for gatherings is subject to availability
• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for informing us of any accessibility needs or dietary requirements
• We operate on a “no one turned away for lack of funds” principle; please contact us if cost is a barrier
• Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible to allow others to participate
• We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellations, though this may depend on timing and circumstances

• Carpooling and pickup arrangements are facilitated by YooHoo Social but are agreements between individual participants
• YooHoo Social and Junovy are not liable for transportation arrangements between participants
• Participants using carpooling services do so at their own risk
• We encourage respectful communication, punctuality, and mutual care in all travel arrangements
• Drivers should ensure their vehicles are roadworthy and properly insured
• Passengers should contribute fairly to fuel costs when offered rides

All users and gathering participants are expected to follow our Code of Conduct, which covers expected behaviour, unacceptable behaviour, and enforcement. Violations may result in removal from gatherings without refund, account suspension, and exclusion from future events.

• YooHoo Social, Junovy, and gathering facilitators are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage except where legally required under Dutch law
• You are responsible for your own health, safety, and belongings
• We recommend appropriate insurance coverage for travel and activities
• Emergency contact information is collected for safety purposes only
• The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law

• Content on YooHoo Social is owned by Junovy unless otherwise stated
• Photographs and recordings at gatherings require explicit consent from participants
• You retain ownership of any content you create, but grant us permission to use gathering-related materials for promotional purposes (with your consent)
• Please respect the privacy of fellow faeries; always ask before taking or sharing photos

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Dutch legal procedures, with jurisdiction in Dutch courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service as needed to reflect community evolution and legal requirements. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
